William P. Laino

Before that, he was a partner at RuskinMoscou Faltischek P.C., where he represented issuers andunderwriters in initial public offerings, secondary offerings,private placements and mergers and acquisitions. After graduatingfrom the United States Naval Academy in 1989, O'Rourke earned hislaw degree from the Hofstra University School of Law.
