SARATOGA SPRINGS -- Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter, Discover & Co. will open a full-service financial office in Saratoga Springs by the end of November.
The office initially will house two investment brokers and support staff, and is expected to grow to a total staff of 13, including five to seven brokers, said H. Michael Okby, a vice president at Dean Witter who will manage the office.
